Hungarian Goulash in Crock Pot

Salt: 2 tsp.

Cubed beef roast (chuck): 2 pounds

Sweet paprika: 2 tsp.

Diced onion: 1 large

Dry mustard: ½ tsp.

Ketchup: ½ cup

Water: 1 ¼ cups (divided)

Worcestershire sauce: 2 tbsp.

All-purpose flour: ¼ cup

Brown sugar: 1 tbsp.

How to Cook:

1. Put meat in your slow cooker and cover it with onion.

2. Take one medium bowl and mix mustard, paprika, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in this bowl.

3. Add 1 cup water to the mustard mixture and pour this blend over onions and beef.

4. Cover slow cooker and cook for almost 9 – 10 hours to tender meat.

5. Mix approximately ¼ cup water with flour to make the paste and mix into goulash.

6. Now, cook on high heat for nearly 10 – 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
